Returns & Exchanges

• You may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the delivery date.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days from the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and not washed or worn.
• The item must include all original tags and original packaging.

• Exchanges are available for:

  • Size changes.
  • Color changes (subject to availability).
  • Exchange for another product (any price difference will be applied if applicable).

• Returns and refunds are available for:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Receiving a product different from your order.
  • Not wishing to keep the item, provided all conditions above are met.

• Shipping fees:

  • For personal reasons (exchange or return), the customer covers shipping fees.
  • If the issue is due to dwix’s error or a manufacturing defect, dwix covers all shipping fees.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Important notes:

  • Some special items or limited offers may not be eligible for returns, this will be stated in advance.
  • dwix reserves the right to refuse the request if the above conditions are not met.
